Arbitration
Arbitration is a popular and widely used method of commercial dispute resolution in Switzerland and worldwide. Globally, commercial dispute resolution most commonly takes place through the method of arbitration. Since the enactment of the new International Arbitration Act in 2016, there has been a modernization of Switzerland arbitration law; which is stimulating the development of Switzerland as a major regional arbitration centre.
